These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the KathaHub mobile application (the “App”), provided by DreamWeaver Interactive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

KathaHub is a digital library that lets you read short stories in multiple languages, with optional on-device translation and read-aloud features. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time.

2. Subscription, Free Trial & Billing

• Full access to KathaHub requires a paid subscription of ₹49 per month (or the price shown in Google Play for your region).
• Subscriptions auto-renew each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Except where required by law or Google Play policy, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded.

Billing and refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its terms. Please review Google Play’s policies for details on cancellations and refunds.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display story content without permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the subscription or any security measures;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including stories, text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to DreamWeaver Interactive and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it except as expressly permitted here.

6. Translation & Read-Aloud

On-device translation and text-to-speech are provided for convenience and may not be fully accurate. Translated output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by us.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamWeaver Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription via Google Play.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of [CITY/STATE], India.
